Development Plan

Path to production · 2026 season

A fully permitted, near-term path to production reprocessing 2.25 miles of historic tailings along Ophir Creek, with hard-rock exploration upside to the south.

P1May–Jun 2026

Acquire & Mobilize

Close acquisition and procure the production fleet not already on site: excavator, bulldozer, loader, and gold concentrating / separation equipment. Stage and barge equipment via Sterling Landing (40 mi gravel road) and the 2,500 ft Ophir airstrip.

P2Jun–Jul 2026

Camp & Plant Setup

Construct a bush camp to house personnel. Set up the two Global Mining wash plants, screen deck, finishing table, water pumps and settling infrastructure. Commission power from the on-site gensets and 200A electrical shed.

P3Mid-Jul 2026 →

Production: Tailings Reprocessing

Begin gravity recovery across an estimated 500,000 tons of historic tailings averaging 0.648 g/t Au at 898 fineness. Production targeted for mid-to-late July as soon as the site is accessible after snowmelt.

P42026–2027

Hard-Rock Exploration

Advance the intrusive-related lode gold target on adjacent Alaska State Mental Health Trust lands to the south, the bedrock source of the district's placer gold, integrating it into the long-term mine and exploration plan.

The Opportunity

The Innoko district has produced 500,000+ ounces of gold; Ophir Creek alone yielded 66,489 oz between 1908 and 1961, with no reported production since 1975 despite continued work. The property is permitted (APMA #3091) and offers both immediate placer cash flow from tailings and district-scale lode exploration upside.

The Property

A historic Alaskan goldfield, ready to run again.

Set along the Innoko River in Alaska's interior, Ophir was a flourishing gold town of more than a thousand residents in 1907. Today the townsite is quiet, but the gold remains, locked in 2.25 miles of historic tailings along Ophir Creek that modern recovery can profitably rework.

The Village Gold claim block encompasses the old townsite and runs south down the drainage: nine State of Alaska mining claims totalling 720 acres. Five adjacent historic federal placer claims (100 acres) are scheduled for conveyance to the State and into the block.

A July 2025 sampling program systematically assayed tailings piles end to end, returning gold from below 0.5 g/t to over 8 g/t, averaging 0.648 g/t, supporting an anticipated resource of approximately 10,000 ounces.
